Welcome, to 5th Grade at Princeville Elementary! My name is Raynelle Phipps and this is my 13th year of teaching.I have taught 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th grade.  I graduated from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where I am originally from. I am married and have two children, ages 11 and 18.
